thanks for comments. I've just started changing my excercise routine and yes I just adjusted my calorie intake. I am a saltaholic! And trying to do better with water. I just don't drink much of anything just when I am extremely thirsty. Thanks to you and good luck on your goals!

Way to go!!! I have been doing this for a few months and never fully used MFP. I never used the support end of it. but after reading all the wonderful encouragement you got, I think I've been missing out!
