vitamix all the way. They are expensive but so worth it :)

I got the book after the first episode was aired at Tesco's. I've had loads of the recipes out of them. Soooo tasty. The curry's are lovely :)

Wow that is disgusting! So glad I lost it. Nearly 55 so two from the bottom, one from the second and nearly one from the top!

That's a shame. Hope you get rid of it soon. My fave protein is PHD Diet Whey vanilla. It is soooo good!

i love it on anything. Home noodle soup, mixed in hummous or tzatziki and cream cheese. Anything and everything you can think of!

Definitely hit up the likes of Tesco, Sainsburys around 6 or 7pm for the selloffs. I get loads of cheap bread and veg and what not and then freeze it. Same with meat (though I know you're not fussed about that). Best of luck :)

My boyfriend is 5'8 and currently 301lbs. His 'recommended' weight is around the same mark as yours however he has been that thin before and looked terrible (according to him, I did not know him them). He is much happier getting to 14 stone. I suppose it depends how you're built. It's not purely about weight but muscle…

I eat what I want, I just eat less of it and exercise. Why deprive yourself? I do also eat a little healthier than I used to but if I really want the chocolate bar or ice cream, I'm gonna have it!

Eew green bananas LOL. I prefer mine slightly overripe. Great choice though and well done for resisting! :drinker:

My goodness, that is very impressive! You look wonderful. Great loss!!!!
-
I love it! Really made me smile at work. How often does fat win the battle? LOL come on, I wanna see how this ends :)

I agree! The country should be concentrating on putting money back into the NHS and other IMPORTANT things. Especially a country that is having the worst double dip recession in over 50 years. I will watch some of it, but I am sick of the hype. I normally go to London this time of year but there is no point!

I know what you mean. This is a major concern for me too. I've never been slender and trim. I also dream of a nice body (never had one in 27 years). Best way is to lose weight slowly and hope your skin shrinks with you, also with toning exercises. As the for the strectch marks, eventually they will fade but never disappear…

It just helps me focus. I've never been this successful before. Every diet has failed for me. And now I'm a quarter of the way to my goal! Plus I couldn't have done it without the support of my wonderful friends including you Emma!!! :drinker:

My boyfriend and his mum know. My mum has no interest and hasn't noticed. My co-workers know, but only as I refuse every piece of junk that they try to stick my way. If some asks if I've lost weight, I say yes and leave it at that. This is for me. Plus there's always the one's telling what to eat/not eat as I'm on a…

You look wonderful! Well done. I'm also 5'3 so 160 looks like a good place to start :) (My goal at the mo is 140)

I love them. Great for loss too as a meal replacement! I hate bananas in mine though :)

Yes everytime I go out by myself for the last 15 years. It's really depressing but I expect it, especially from the scum who usually shout at me. But I'm doing something about it now. They broke me but I'm going to fix me so I can tell the whole world to F**k off and take a hike :) But yes kids and and teenagers are the…

Absolutely, though you're always made to feel guilty on here :) If it's within my calorie limits, yes. Dieting does not work. I simply have less of what I used to.
-
I love sriracha! I'm not giving it up LOL And cholula. Tasty :)

Cups are a completely useless and lazy method of measuring. I do have them though but I always weigh everything after I've 'measured them'. Weighing is the only accurate way to go :)
-
I'm sure if you ask for specific UK recipes then people will answer :)
-
That's amazing inspiration! I started at 328 and know I've got a long way to go. You look great!!!
-
I'd love to be a singer but I'll settle for a more realistic dream of owning my own bakery :) Still a long way off though
-
I tried for about a month but I gave up. I'm really not a morning person and I don't sleep particularly well. Maybe I'll try again once we finally get some nice weather. Best of luck to you though :)

Happy to help :)

I do like this idea better. Much easier :)

I'm from Durham (North East). Feel free to add me. Nice to have some UK buddies :)
