I love making Zoodles! (I just use a knife though. Takes ages!) I need me one of them :-)

I actually teared up reading that! You look amazingly fit and healthy and you worked really hard to get there. Good for you for figuring out you needed to do it for YOU and no-one else. Congrats sir!

This looks amazing. Thank you!

Could I use ground almonds instead of the flour?
-
MMM! That sound's good. I usually just cook mine on the hob on a low heat and finish under the grill. Going to try that combo!

Wow. That is just amazing. I started with 188lbs to lose and I've lost 96 so far. It's taken me about a year and half and I have no doubt it will probably take me another two years to get to goal. But slow and steady is more important and sustainable. Thank you for reminding me that it's not a race. You look wonderful.…

I'm 28, 5'3 and currently 232lbs (started at 328). I'm currently on 1400-1500 and eat back any exercise calories. Working pretty good so far. I started on about 1800. find what works for you and try not to lose too quick

They sound awesome :-)

Feel free to add me. From the North East, I log everything, everyday and like to chat. I have an open diary and real food is great! (Though I do have the occasional protein shake for breakfast if I'm running late for work). I love the avatar btw!

That's amazing Carol. Keep it up, you're doing great!!!! :drinker:
-
If it goes in my mouth, it goes in the diary

Highly recommend almond milk in it. Very nice. Or Kara coconut milk is pretty good too. That pea protein sounds pretty good, wonder if I can source it here?

Couldn't agree more. It's all about the long term and real life will always get in the way lol. Enjoy it!

I use PHD diet vanilla whey (don't know if it's vegetarian, sorry). I will admit I always blend mine as it gives it a lovely texture and volume (I have a Vitamix though so anything I put in it blends well  ) Definitely recommend blending it if you can

Done :-)

NE UK here. I log every single day (good or bad), have an open diary and quite chatty. Been here over a year. Feel free to add me :-)

I lost the first 50lbs through diet alone, so yes. However I would still recommend exercise for health (instead of just burning calories).

Books: Anything by Chris Carter as long as you're not easily offended or squeamish) or Tess Gerritsen. Anime: Try Deathnote. It is just brilliant! Tv.... Not really sure, I don't watch much. I did watch Lost to the very end but TBH it wasn't worth it. They should have stopped it a lot sooner. Person of Interest is very…

I love video games! Especially RPGs (& JRPG's) but I'll play most things. Feel free to add me. Currently playing the Mass Effect trilogy on PS3 and loving it! PS3 gamer :-) I tried Ni No Kuni but I personally didn't like it (no flaming!). It was pretty but that's about it. Looking forward to playing Atelier Ayesha when it…

I've lost the largest ball of tape and a human brain lol

I know what you mean, I'm surrounded by people like that. You're right they hurt so much. You think you've changed and nothing will bother you, then BOOM! floored by a moron. Try not to let them get to you, they're clearly idiots.I always think if you can't say anything nice, then don't bother!

Yoo hoo! *waves*. NE England here. Feel free to add me too

North East here :-)

I'm not a fan of replacement foods however I have tried pb2 and it is quite good and very handy in recipes :-)
-
Amazing story and you look great! Your hard work sure paid off! As you said real life happens and diets don't work! Congrats sir!
-
That's pretty cool. i tried somwthing similar after I lost 50lbs. I took some canned goods from the pantry (to the sum of 50lbs) and put them in a bag. Tried lifting it and nearly put my back out! I'm quote strong too lol. I still have a long way to go but I ca'nt imagine being able to move the weight I will have lost by…
