I ordered mine from amazon for less than $9....I think Walmart has it also. Y ou will also need handweights. I eat subway a few times/week. I choose a low calorie meat (turkey or ham) and load it up w/ fresh veggies. As long as it's during reasonable hours, and you know that they don't work night shift, I'd just go ahead and do it. It's not like there is THAT much jumping. You are only jumping for just a few short intervals throughout the workout.
