I have made these with a bit of cinnamon as well. So good. Also, you can mix in a blender and the consistency is much smoother. Now that I am thinking about them, maybe for breakfast in the morning?? Yum!

I mix 1 tbsp with two tablespoons of light cool whip and use it as a dip for apples, bananas, and strawberries. It is like a dessert!

Good for you! This really motivates me. I am on week 7 of C25K and plan to run a 5k at the end of September. This is a HUGE step for me, but I would love to complete a triathalon in the future!! With 50 lbs down and 50 to go, I'll get there!

I drank on occasion when I was in my early 20s, but after my husband's alcohol addiction I had no need for it. For a long time I would actually get physically sick if I could smell alcohol on someone. Thank goodness my husband has been sober for almost 9 years.

I don't see how you could do this safely.? It has been five months since I started my exercise/life change routine and I have lost 40 pounds for an average of 2 pounds a week. I think that is pretty typical.
