its been proven that u need a mix of cardio and weights, there is an article in mens fitness about this i just read. you will lose weight but then you hit adaption phase and stop.

i think with the proper training and diet you can change anything, its been done before, just cant focus on one thing its a factor of all. l

also you can change any body shape or type with the correct exercises and diet... its how hard you work at it, takes a lot of sweat.

Its bad, cant think of a worse way to try and lose the kg, once you stop it all goes back on, its not sustainable to replace meals and have shakes instead of food, just do it the normal way and keep it of for good, more protein less carbs, eat 5 - 6 times a day (small meals or snacks) and exercise.

exactly, arent we meant to eat 5 serves of fruit a day? fruit wont make anyone fat :D

Fruit is gods gift ;) it is like an engine oil for the body, and yes the body burns it all up so its fine as long as its not 10 oranges a day, fruit juice has no fiber when bottled so its just sugar water.

just get on the protein rich foods that are mostly low in calories,, it seems low but with the exercise its reasonable hey.

excercise 60 mins hard a week and 240 mins easy like walking, have high protein and less carbs, eat 6 times a day then you will see a massive difference, its not all about calories.
