It has been years since I did anything. The weeks prior to starting CLX. I was doing some routines with Bodylastics resistance bands. I switched to free weights with CLX.

i am doing Chalean Extreme, minus the ab routines. It equals about 3.3 hours. I don't have any device to gauge calorie burn.

Thanks for the replies! I can only afford the 25lb adjustable weights, atm and the Gold's Gym are the most affordable. I guess I will have to improvise if I need heavier weights during the Push phase.

I started this past Sunday. Sweating like mad! I am having issues with using Bodylastics resistance bands and the heaviest dumbbells I have are 10lbs. I need heavier for chest and back, but cannot afford any at the moment. We will see how it goes! Michelle

Lentils and beans are great protein resources. Tofurky products are high in protein as well being vegan and yummy. I try to make 70 grams per day. There are days I don't make it and there are days I hit 80-90 grams. I don't necessarily agree/believe that 30% is needed.

Can you get away with not using the thigh toner band? I am borrowing a friend's dvd to see if it is a program that I would like to do.

I just received my Bodylastics resistance bands last week. They do give you an idea on the amount of resistance you are using depending on the color of the band. I find that they give me more resistance than free weight. It is a balancing game. I am planning on ordering CLX this weekend and am hoping with the Bodylastics…

Shoot, I can't eat totally clean....nor do I want to! I try to eat healthy, but if I want me some pizza, fries, ice cream...I am gonna have it! I do think the more "clean" food you eat, the better....but I know if I could only eat "clean" to have results....than I wouldn't bother at all.

Close! 1800 was my cut before the exercise break. I didn't change my caloric intake, just had to take out exercise. It is just making me question how much I should be eating. I will probably just remain at 1800 with the exercise back in play. I think about this stuff WAY too much! lol

I did stay consistent with my calories after having to take 2 weeks off from exercise. I was wandering that myself, Brad. I starting week 2 without exercise and I have my calories set at TDEE at sedentary level instead of lightly active. I usually have it set as lightly active when I am exercise. I actually lost 2.5lbs, but I think it was just water weight being released due to no exercise.
