I can't relate. I avoid cardio at all costs!! I just to HIIT 2 times a week. I do need to try to increase my time. I am wiped afterwards.

I do HIIT with jump rope or jumping jacks. I do 30 seconds as hard as I can and 45 seconds rest for 9 rounds. I used to need 60 seconds rest, but am good with 45 seconds. I am only averaging 70-90 minutes of exercise a week. I guess that is why I dont feel lightly active. Would I be between sedentary and lightly active?

I may fool around with my calories and see what happens. I don't feel like I am exercising enough to up my calorie intake, but I am hungry so....it is something to think about.

Good for you! I know every Thursday at work is difficult. Thursdays are bagel and donut day. I used to have 2 donuts when I did partake. It feels good to be in control....I would still like that donut every Thursday though!

I also did my 3rd wokout today. The highest weight I used was 10#. I don't have a chin up bar and did double arm row as suggested for an alternative. I am repeating squats because I can't do lunges to save my life! I am glad others are enjoying the routine I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Animals get b-12 through what they eat…it is in the soil…the animals are eating the soil along with the plants from the ground. I don’t know how much b-12 there is in factory farmed meats. B-12…nutritional yeast flakes and fortified food products…not an issue for vegans.
