I heard some suggest laying off simple carbs (bread, rice, pasta etc...) for a jump start. so the fruit and vegatable suggestion might work. worth a try! good luck!

well there is no doubt diet soda isn't good nutrition. however as an ex diet coke addict, I still have one when I feel like it. Took me awhile to learn to drink water. I don't think one a day will cause a big problem as long as you get your water in also.

I tried it out, not a very good workout IMO.

welcome:flowerforyou: Hang in there and keep trying! use the food diary, plan what your going to eat and do your best to stick to it. When you feel like emotional eating is going to hit, go for a walk/ or any kind of exercise. good luck:drinker:

My cup size didn't change but band size went down 2 inches so far. depends on the person, I think. I've always been top heavy, currently 38 DDD. I think I'm stuck with them.

I am 5'7" also. I set my goal for 150, I might change it when I see how I feel at that weight. my lowest was 125 in the 90's that was too thin for me I think. I am top heavy so I'll just go by how I feel at goal weight and lower it if I am uncomfortable at 150.
