I started January 10th at 146.4 and I'm done 15lbs (131.4lbs now!) Worked out long before starting MFP though-just needed to get control of my eating and this has really helped me to be more mindful of that without being obsessive. :)

If I have anything it is a banana-it doesn't sit heavy in my stomach like other things do and so I can eat it and go right away. Still gives me that little boost of energy too.
