Please get used to eating only healthy foods. You will not stave and eventually it will be no big deal.

You cannot air pop on the stove top. Put the popcorn in a paper bag and put in the microwave. Its wonderfull.

I used to read that and eat more however by doing that i never lost a pound. I keep calories under 1300 with vigorous exercise. That is the only way i can lose weight, Just test it.

Find a diet that will give you a boost in the beginning. go cold turkey from sugar and processed food.

I am 67 years old and i have been dieting for 50 years. In my experience none of those classical suggestions acturally work. In order to break the plateau you have to go down to 1000 calories. However you will put it back on. You have to be perfect for at least 6 months. No deviations from your plan. You can not goof else…

I know from experience that if you don't exercise i would suggest you stick to the min. amount of calories. Also do not eat more than 2 starchy foods.
