My husband and I bought plain bands to wear. Mine is just sterling silver with rhodium plating (makes the finish nicer) and his is titanium I think? Or maybe tungsten. They were cheap and I don't have to worry about losing mine or damaging it. They are both comfort fit rings so no pinching that I've noticed.

I still haven't! There is a good possibility some may not even know I've lost any at all! LOL I have posted a few pictures but I have at min 75lbs to go still. If the are close enough they see it but otherwise I doubt they notice since most of the photos I've shared are face/upper body.

Agree 100%! exercise does not tone SKIN! It tones and builds muscle under it which can replace SOME of the volume lost with the fat, but not all of it. Completely depends on your own skin and weight.

I'd try dropping your carbs down. Maybe lowering calories. Sugar seems high too. I'd also say find something new to try excercise wise. I was able to break mine by trying a couple new things (strength training)
