I weight several times a week (sometimes)... I feel like I can tell what my numbers will be or if they will be high or low so that tends to determine when I weigh myself..... What I don't do is I don't record or Check In my weight unless there is a deficit... but I keep a check on where I'm at so I don't get carried…
