  • Hi! I am 44 year old mom. I enjoy working out, focusing on cardio right now. I work from home and would like new interactive friends here, to help with encouragement, motivations and focus!
  • I have been taking mine around lunchtime whatever time that is for me... I work from home so it's convenient to do it then.. However I wonder if I should try doing it at night.. that's when I tend to eat / snack from boredom... I have been on Saxenda for 4 months now and am at the full dose (3mg).
  • I started Saxenda at the end of May of 2021 and am currently at a 15 - 20 lb loss. I am hoping to lose between 30 to 40 more. :)
  • I have missed a dose here and there in the 4 months I have been taking Saxenda.. if I just completely forget I take it when I remember but if it's late in the day / evening or I just am not a home to be able to take it when I remember I just pick up the next day at the same dose at my normal time. I have not missed anymore…
  • I didn't really notice any fatigue more than usual. I have been taking Saxenda for 4 months and have lost between 15 and 20lbs with Saxenda.
  • Currently Cotton Candy and Peach Mango.. We just purchased a lot of new flavors to try though so I may have more faves soon.... I use Bang as my "pre-workout" while I am fasting... I have tried Reign also.. as far as flavor I like Bangs more.. and the Reign have 2 carbs per can where as Bang have zero... So I'm a Bang…

  • C25K today (Week 2 Day 1)... I must admit I really really really didn't want to go but I made myself do it and I am thankful that I did!! :) This is my 2nd time doing the program.. but 1st time since having my daughter 3 1/2 months ago.. since it's so hot here during the day I run on the treadmill at a 1.0% incline.
