I hope to start walking as soon as I am able to (I will be having a C-Section)... Hopefully within the 1st week or 2.. even if just for short periods of time.. then gradually work my way back up to starting C25K.... and then on to heavy lifting! :)

I am glad to see I am falling right in line then... before when I was just doing tons of cardio... I would typically eat 3 meals a day... Now I usually get 3 meals with 3 snacks a day!!!

If I had to go back to work afterwards I wouldn't because even though I shower I don't re-wash my hair and the band would put a crazy wave in my hair... If no work afterwards I would... Now I've cut my hair and it wont' go all the way up so it's always down now.

^^^^I am wondering the same thing... I am new to coffee and I like it sweet... but have for now replaced real sugar with Equal... but I am not a coffee pro so IDK what I should be using to get the taste as close to what it was before as I can... Equal isn't doing it, but it's drinkable.
