I do C25K... I am not a runner, start slow.... although you may feel you can go faster when you start running for longer periods throughout the weeks, slow and steady wins the race! Good Luck!!! :)

I walk either 3.0 - 3.5 (first two weeks I'd walk at 4.0).... and run at 5.0.. No inclines.. I am on week 3. Most of the time I go alone.... but sometimes I do go with my husband (if our schedules allow us to go at the same time) and sometimes my best friend goes.... I'm okay with either! :)

I think if you allow for those treats you are fine!!! I have late night cravings all the time, I just try to be sure to stay within calorie goal... :)

I love Jillian Michaels as well! In January I completed her 30 Day Shred.. now I am doing 6 week 6 Pack incorporated with C25K... I have Ripped in 30 to do as well... Also have her Yoga Meltdown and some of the Biggest Loser workouts that she is in as well!! She rocks!!! Feel free to add me.. we can get ripped together!! :)

I do this sometimes as well.. I usually workout everyday now, however sometimes I workout with more than one purpose... for instance yesterday I had alot of calories at lunch that left me with 35 calories for dinner... so instead of my usual 30 minute run on Monday's I ran for an hour to get more calories so I could eat...…

This is an excellent idea.. I'm in sorta.. I committed not to weigh or measure or take progress pics until after I complete C25K.. I'm only one week 2 now.. but I did the same sort of thing when I did 30 Day Shred... it makes life so much easier!!

I am glad you liked it.. I managed to do 3 days of it and then wanted to go back to my regular type workout... The "camel" was the worst.. I felt like I was doing it wrong the whole time.. LOL

I feel like I have created a new habit of working out everyday now.. Problem is.. not sure how to say how I did it!! I just did.. and now if I miss a day I feel quiet guilty...

We finish 30 Day Shred at the exact same time... my last day is Sunday! I plan to do Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown for 1 week as a recovery week.. then I'm going to do 6 Weeks 6 Pack 3 days a week and C25K the other 3 Days!! :) Can't wait to hear you 30 Day Shred results!!

Nah... I've dated and been with both.. Currently married to a younger many... 12 yrs younger (well 11 after his bday).. :) It's AWESOME!!

Awesome you answered my next question which was if I do change it do I still eat back exercise calories... but I just looked back at my week this week and my average calorie intake was 1588 some days my net was as low as 1100.. but I had one bad day that I think averaged it out.... which makes sense I guess I lost almost…

I eat back most of them usually.... So how can we gauge what percentage we should use.. say if one wants to lose 30 more lbs??

So call me slow... but I'm fairly new at this... so then is the caloric intacke that MFP is telling us correct, as from what I see this calculator is saying I should be eating way more??? #confused

I am taking it right now... and when my doctor suggested it I all but freaked out... Mine is a "taper" type dosage... 6 pills on day 1, 5 on day 2 and so on for 6 days.. He told me of the water retention as it's day 3 and not too bad.. I haven't expeirenced the mood swings or insomnia as he told me to take all the pills…
