Awesome!!! I did Week 5 Day 3 this past Friday (9/14) and believe me it was / is an accomplishment.. I had repeated Week 5 THREE times, because I just could not get past Day 2... but I finally did it.. starting Week 6 this week.. feel free to add me so we can finish this out together!!

I am starting Week 6 this week, even though I'm ahead a week or two of you.. I'm still here! Still going even though a few weeks ago I had my doubts.. I powered through by chatting with ppl who have been here and gave me encouragements and advice that really worked!! :happy:

Well I did it!!! I completed Week 5 day 2 and am satisfied with it... I slowed down to 5mph and well I don't wnat to say it was "easy" but OMG what a difference that made... I'm ready to move on to Week 5 Day 3.. it's the 1st really long run!!! Thanks for all the advice!!

I am doing C25K myself as well.. I'm on Week 4.. and what I do (I'm doing the program on a treadmill) is even though it may not be accurate (using a HRM would be more accurate)... I created my own entry and title it C25K Week ?? and enter the number of calories that the treadmills says I burned.. I know it's give or take…

Hi... I am on Week 2 Day 1 of C25K.... I like you use the treadmill and go by the time intervals not the distance... I started C25K this week and just did my last workout of the week so Week 1, Day 3 down.... Today seemed easier!!! I am going to try to run in a 5k in September.. :) This is my 1st time doing C25K.
