I wouldn't worry too much about one meal.. it's 80/20 for a healthy life style.... but if you want to make better choices.. My problem is the women's compression shorts seem to be shorter than what I need.... so they don't cover the area that I need covered.... so what length should we get and do they have longer ones that aren't capris in women's sizes or do we have to get mens... theirs are too long but better than the short ones..

I've had mine for almost 5 years (am about to get a new one next month, sorry TMI)... but I am not sure if I gained alot with it or if I gained alot for another reason.. but in the past 2 years I have lost 41lbs with it still in place.. so IDK... I just know it's soooo much more convienient than any other form of BC... :)

These are great suggestions!! Thaks everyone!!! I'm making a routine up right now and gonna add times on my calendar to do them... Also I think I may bring some 5lb weights to do some curls and tris while I'm at my desk..I'm excited now!! :)

Thanks for this one.. I'm gonna start doing it... I'm starting small as I don't want to get stares... and am in a cube so IDK how I'd do dips or squats without everyone thinking I needed a medic! LOL

for the most part that is what I do..... if I go out I have what I want... but at home I keep healthier options.. but still have chips that I log and if I eat too many I just have to cut back somewhere else within that day... or I just go over... My C-section wasn't elective.... I had high blood pressure and was trying to deliver a 9lb 11oz baby.. so they didn't give me a choice... .. and I've never had a vaginal delivery.. but my friends who have seemed to be back up on their feet alot quicker than I was with a C-section.. so I don't really think it's the easy way…

I keep mine at sedentary, I sit at a desk all day but workout anywhere from 3 - 5 times a week sometimes twice a day.... My main issue is the food I eat not the activities I do... I dont' mind working out.. but eating... WOW I love it.. LOL
