I just discovered these awesome protein bars, Protein FX Lo Carb Minis. They come in all sorts of flavours and they are only 99 calories. They satisfy my craving and are pretty much guilt free. Good luck!

When I crave sweet treats I have a bite of whatever it is -bun, chocolate bar, slice, cake, and give the rest to whoever I am with- parents, partner, friends, kids. Works for me!

Anything in packets split into serving size packs. ie. if a packet of crackers says servings 6 then split the pack evenly into 6 zip lock bags. I find it really handy to be able to grab them out the pantry to take to work for lunch
