Truthfully I log accurately and weigh things but some days im too busy to get them in the same day or i like doing so with wifi connect vs my dataEven on cheat days I log my intake. I rarely log my gym time unless I specifically do cardio which i lift weights way more. And I work nights so my entries are pretty backwards…

im on a cut, i weight train 3/4 times a week, and 45 to 55 minutes of cardio 6 days a week not including warmup/cool down, ive lost 5 pounds, 5 inches, and 2% body fat since the 2nd im more than patient. I was just curious. thanx for the responses....
