I think Ive finally hit the gruesome P word. For the last 2 weeks or so, Ive seen no change in my weight =[. What have some of you done when you've hit this point in your journey?

Im working out and strength training like crazy and i feel I gain more muscle mass than the weight i should be losing. green smoothie's?
i know i wont lose weight off this but its something i want to add to my diet and exercise regimen to get my nutrients. has anyone tried this or is doing this and noticed an improvement in energy, health etc? lol more importantly do the recipe's taste good?
