Good advice! Yes I'm a member of the local gym (the fact that I'm paying for membership guilts me into going) and I'm going to try and start yoga again, as I used to do it and loved it. I'll try writing out the schedule to see if I stick to it :)

Yeah I know I'm not hungry, there are 2 key problems: - I eat when I'm bored, and crave sugar CONSTANTLY - I drink too much... And then when I've had a few glasses of wine I forget that a pizza does not constitute a 'light snack'

I know I need to keep that up... It got a bit depressing when several days in a row it was like "you are 17 squillion calories over your target consumption" but I do know that giving up won't help at all!
