Add me too please! My youngest is almost 4 but I struggled with hyperemesis during all three pregnancies and post-natal anxiety after one and now have a horrible relationship with food. I've put on almost 30kg in 10 years :( I'm also now 40 and work full-time in a fairly demanding career.

I'm back again after losing 6kg in 2012. I've had a difficult third pregnancy and now have a weak back, weak abdominals and a neck hump :( I'm 37, south of Sydney. I really want to regain my fitness and lose weight, I'm currently 173cm and 90kg.

Yes, I did this a couple of times at boot camp. Just high intensity workout for a few minutes, then change to next workout. I thought it was good!
