I too have tis same problem, here is my thought ration. I am giving myself one year to try working on it, strong,. If I hit one year and its still the same, this woman is headinghin the surgical tummy tuck. My youngest child is 10 and my skin has been stretched for so many years. I want to enjoy my skinnier body while I…

Your welcome to add me, I have been on here since January, but have logged in 90+ days straight while also doing Insanity. Starting my 4th month of Insanity straight on Monday. I do not miss one single day on here and I thrive on my MFP friends and husband. Without them I would have never made my loss so far. Add me and…

I log my weight only when lose and I only log full numbers, no .2, .6. 1.3 for me. I like -2 pounds, -1 pound, I just want to know my main weight. It also gives me something to keep me going, seeing the scale go down almost weekly and sometimes bi-weekly! :O)

I get up at 5 am before everyone else. I currently use Insanity, the only thing required is a DVD player and your own body weight. It is awesome and produces results if you follow it. My husband and I have both lost over 25 pounds each in the last 3 months doing this. It is awesome and challenging but worth every drop of…

I just finished my first month , 2nd time thru. It has done amazing things to my body , getting results that I havent seen in almost 10 years. As long as you give it 100% for a the few minues a day that it requires, it does work! My husband and I have both lost around 25 pounds each due to Insanity.Whata life saver, we do…

I never used to believe we needed a rest day, but truly your body needs time to recover. Give yourself one day a week, it doesnt mean you have to give the "diet" or lifestyle of food change a rest. But I do know jumping in with two feet wide open can set you up for a fail. try one thing at a time you will be fine and…

You ask how long has it taken us to get to where we are, well lets just say this has been an ongoing progress since I had my first child. The time when you have a child, and think Im gonna go home and slip right into my pre pregnancy jeans, and become very depressed that you can not get zipped, yet get them on, . That…

Definitely get rid of the KFC, McDOnalds, and Burger King. Those aren't healthy choices at all. Subway is better for you then those places. Have you heard slow and steady wins the race. It took more then a week to gain the weight its gonna take a while to lose it properly! Good luck!

Thank you! We are taking this adventure very serious... After all slow and steady wins the race!

All my family (including my kids ages 10-12 and 15) have signed up for a local "Turkey Trott" thanksgiving morning. Theres no way I will feel guilty after running a 5k before Thanksgiving dinner! >:O) Also I will have my Insanity workout that day too...

I get bugged by this somewhat same question.. I understand people want to trick or treat with their kids but what fun is it, when you cant trick or treat on your block becuase everyone is gone out with their kids. My husband and I take turns taking the kids out so someone is home to hand out our candy. AND Yes, if someone…

It takes the "big" us to appreciate what we have now. Don't hide it, just be proud of where you've come! Fantabulous! You look awesome!

A negative atttude is recipe for destruction. Think positive and baby steps, try one meal at a time. It just means you need to find what will work for you. Only bring in healthy foods, surround yourself by postivity and move on. Eat 6 smaller meals so you do not feel the need to chow down endlessly. You can do it, you've…

I agree a little bit of both plays a big role. If there is something you cna not absolutely stop eating once you start (like potato chips for me) I restrict them period, I have found vegetable straws to replace them, or fill a craving. But as far as dessert or anythign else that can be eaten in moderation, I use that…
