Thanks Good to know. I think I was lifting to light before so that I could get to the 3 sets of ten reps. But when I started looking at the clock I was only resting about 10-15 seconds per set. Last night I pushed myself much harder and rested about 30 seconds per set and was able to upp most of my weights by about 10-15…

Actually the guideline for fasting are 1 main meal and 2 smaller meals that don't equal a full meal IF necessary to maintain health. I hope you have a Blessed Good Friday and a Holy Easter Sunday!

A really good baby carrier. So easy to be an on the go Mommy after that. I have 6 kids and they all love being in the pack on mommy. Ergo baby has some nice ones. A bit pricey but worth it. I would suggest to to a babies R us and actually trying them on to see which one you like best. Congrats! Being a Mommy is amazing!

Being from a french background we always used memere and pepere and that is what my kids call my parents as well.

This type of eating doesn't work for everybody. A lot of people have trouble with carbs, they can't digest them well and so have to watch what they eat more closely. also some people lose differently. It isn't all calories that matter.

One thing to realize is that at this time of year you can easily hit freezing temps in the night. If you don't have an alternate heat source and you lose electricity it can be a severe problem. Don't think Florida has to worry about freezing to death during the power outages.
