What is considered heavy lifting for a woman?
I hear a lot of talk about lifting heavy... what would be some weights that were considered lifting heavy? I am a 38 year old female and I just started doing weight machines at the gym. Not sweating
I was wondering, is it possible not to sweat but be working out hard enough? I have never been one to sweat much even when it is extrememly hot. Now as I am working out, I am huffing and puffing so I think I am working hard enough but I am not sweating, what am I doing wrong?

the healthy candy bar
I just found these fiber plus bars from Kellog. They taste like a candy bar but only have 120 calories and the also have 9 grams of fiber! My new favorite snack. with these on hand I am sure I will always be going over my fiber intake. my favorite are the chocolate chip ones! Yum!
