Okay here goes. This is very hard for me but I am going to plunge in. I am a 36 year old Stay at home mom of 6. I have been overweight a little most of my life. But I was never seriously over weight until my first miscarriage. After that I kept gaining weight between the pregnancies and more miscarriages. Until now, 12 years later I am over 100 lbs overweight. For many healthy reasons I REALLY need to lose weight. But I also know myself well enough to know that I am going to need a coach. Someone who has been successful and is will to help me. I need to be accountable to someone everyday. I need to be able to ask that someone a million questions. I need encouragement as well as someone who will push me. If there is anyone out there who is willing to take this on, please friend me. i will be eternally grateful to anyone willing to help. thanks so much.

I took a look thru your diary for the last week or so and it actually looks pretty darn good. Not going over on fat or carbs and sodium even looks good.
The one thing I did notice is that (at least for the last week) you haven't been getting regular exercise. Is that normal? What is your normal fitness routine for the week? If you don't already have a fitness goal, I'd recommend setting a weekly one for yourself. When I first started my goal was to burn at least 2000 calories per week, which comes to just under 300 calories per day. Is that something you would be willing and able to commit to? I think it would really help, given you're already eating healthy.0
