I get of work at 7a, go home and sleep for 6 hours then get up, eat a protein bar then hit the gym at about 5p, after that I eat my lunch then it's off to work. I try to work out at least 5 days in a week, some days I'm just to tired but I will at least walk.

I am also a night shift worker and I do think that my metabolism is slowed due to my carzy sleep and eat cycle. I try to be keep it as scheduled as possible and that has helped alot.

I'm also a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. I eat just like a protien bar when I get up at like 2pm and that is like my breakfast. Then about 6ish I eat what I consider my lunch. Then it's off to work at 7p. I try to take low fat snacks and just pray it slows down enough for me to eat a decent dinner around 1am. Hope this…

So, I fell off the wagon, but didn't gain any. Gonna get back on the wagon and start again. Gonna look for another challenge to motivate me. Any suggestions?

Been moving and without computer for a while. Back online and back to working out. Still the same 187 for now but will work hard this week to make that number go down.
