I was in the outskirts of Medellin. Fried foods is a big staple there, however how can you say no to Bunuelos or Pan de Bono.

Go Colombia! Which part? That is a great thing you are doing there. While I was there I lost like 5 pounds just between walking everywhere and the diet there is so different.

Look up shin stretches. Theres are several that I have found like walking backwards that help stretch that area. I used to suffer them bad while running and now that I stretch better I havent got them. Also look at your shoes. I suffer from flat feet, I got Brooks Adrenalines that have support and that has also helped.

Keep up the great work. Its the first 21 days that are tough. After that it becomes a habit. Good habits are harder to break.

I agree. There is alot of great points here. Body Type is an excellent point. I am a between a mesomorph and Endomorph and would look too skinny if I was around my BMI ideal weight. Keep up the good work !
