This is me as well. My diet change was made due to a medical condition. I cannot eat what other people are eating 90% of the time. I have UC, Just diagnosed in April. I take 4 Lialda every day and was on 40mg of prednisone a day, but am down to 5mg now! The prednisone had an effect on my weight I think. Every time I lowered my dosage I saw a large drop on the scale. Good luck! Friend Request sent!

7/1 - 20 seconds 7/2 – 45 seconds 7/3 – 45 seconds Goal = 60Mins Total = 1mins 50secs Starting slow, adding planks with a mix of push-ups, sit-ups and lunges to my nightly workout. Starting to feel it already! :D

Hey your my weight loss twin! (only I'm a few years older!) I've been on and off again trying to get back down to 130 lb. I'm at 200 lb currently, with my highest being 220 lb.
