  • That's so great! For me it's this very low cut (like showing stomach) green silk dress. I've worn it once and quickly outgrew it, the day I can fit into that baby will be a good day. I also have an old bikini I refuse to throw out, even though it cost next to nothing and it's probably 7 years old, I will wear it again.

  • Sounds delicious!
  • I usually weigh out my food, but when the battery rund out I revert to cups. I find this page pretty useful, as it has approximate weights for cups for quite a few different food types: http://www.veg-world.com/articles/cups.htm hope that helps
  • I'm a frozen grape addict! I think they last much longer as a snack when they're frozen too.
  • You look stunning, what a change!
  • That first pic is amazing, and you look almost unrecognisable from the first pic! Well done, really inspirational!
  • Goal Weight for June 1st: 198 lb May 1st (starting weight): 204 lb May 8th: 207.2 lb :( Not sure where the gain came from, maybe because I haven't been feeling so good. Nevermind, just keep trucking i guess
  • Sorry I haven't weighed in yet, been sick all weekend, still am actually. So i'll post my weight first thing tomorrow
  • I had an awful April, I ended up eating so much crap. At first I used the excuse that it was my birthday, then the beach with my little step brother and sister, so I ate what they wanted, then from them on it was one excuse after another lol :embarassed: So my goal for May is to get back on the healthy wagon and lose maybe…
  • I'm from Cambridgeshire, anyone can feel free to add me, always love me some new friends
  • That's an awesome NSV. Well done!
  • Such an amazing difference, you look gorgeous. Really great job
  • That is some difference. You've done great.

  • I'm an avid weigher. I always thought my portions were normal, when I started weighing stuf last year they were probably 3 times bigger than they should have been. The only thing I don't weight is salad leaves, things like spinach I tend to use a measuring cup for. I was eating dinner with my mother the other day, she…
  • Hope I can join in this month, was in March's challenge but missed April out. Really need to be held accountable, i've been majorly slacking off lately! The scale was saying i'd put on 7lb this morning, I KNOW that that's not right (TOM maybe), here goes... Goal Weight for June 1st: 198 lb May 1st (starting weight): 204 lb…
  • I know you said your not much of a pasta lover, but I have had the fusilli con bufala and that appeared to be quite a light dish. Other than that I should think the soup is probably not too high in calories, but I should think quite high with the sodium. A lot of the salads seem as if they would be okay if you had no…
  • Aw bless you, that sounds horrible! I'm waiting for physio myself, but it's a long waiting list, and resting just doesn't seem to be doing the job today. Thanks for the suggestion, I might have a walk round my garden and see if it eases up a bit  Hadn't thought of yoga, I'll give that a go aswell, thank you!
  • I love frozen grapes, they taste really sweet and usually satify the craving for me. If grapes aren't doing the job, say for a chocolate craving, I eat a square or two of dark chocolate and that often helps
  • This sounds very good, bumping for later
