This isn't helped by all the birthdays in December and of course Christmas. Thinking I might just follow…

Great post. I've been thinking of making gingerbread men so this is perfect.

I've been getting boxes from Graze for well over a year. Apparently if you e-mail them and ask for the nutritional info then they will give it to you.

I went through this for about 3 months and regained baout 10lb. But someone said to me look how much you have lost and how far you've come, not just in terms of weight but mindset as well. And seriously, you've lost 11lb and that is nothing to be scoffed at! It's amazing. I really hope you find the motivation you need and…

I don't have a recipe as we improvise our recipes but my family made a lovely spicey plum chutney, there are lots of recipes online, but they do take quite a while to reduce down. I think it goes really well with cheeses and the family tells me it goes well with cold meats. I vaguely remember it having some white wine…

At one point I was on an exclusion diet which left me only eating potatoes, cheese and milk and I was gradually allowed to reintroduce things. For me my biggest triggers were watermelon, mushroom, lettuce, cucumber and tomato.…

Energy drinks. SO much sugar.

Definitely number 3, for me it's usually between midnight and 3am. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping so I try and drink something warm to make me feel full.

They are nice, I ordered them myself for over a year. But to be realistic it is much cheaper to buy the separate ingredients yourself and make a box up. But very good if you're short on time.

Nice post. I knew I was a spinach addict for a reason
