When do you find yourself hungry the most?

This is kinda a poll..mark your numbers here. My number would be a 2..ALWAYS the mid-day point..usually between 12 noon and 6pm i have a large gap--kinda need fuel somewhere in between :laugh:
1 Between Breakfast-Lunch
2.Between Lunch-Supper
3 At night, after supper is consumed.

yes def a 2 for me too. or, after i have a weekend of bad eating i am soo hungry all day monday. i hate doing that, makes me feel really sick to my stomach:) amazing what mfp teaches u0

It is 3 for me. I am constantly trying to find things to stuff my face with after supper.0

3...my weakness is late night binge eating. ever since i stopped eating after 8 i get ravenous around 10pm. have a special spot on my food diary called 9pm - 5am binge eating.0

3, before that I'm working. At work my mind is on other things and food just makes me feel tired and lazy.0

I find myself hungry between 10:30-12, then from 1-4. I have a huge window of time. Trying to make more filling balanced choices.0

I'm usually hungry first thing in the mornings when I woke up. I woke up this morning starving to death. I guess I don't enough during the day. :-(0

I eat breakfast around 7..... I'm hungry and have a morning snack around 10..... Lunch at 1........Sometimes a light snack around 4:30-5ish...... Then the HUNGER STRIKES!!!!!!............. Hubby doesn't get home till 7:30. I don't know what it is about walking in my front door, but the second I do I want dinner. I want to wait to eat with him, but it's like "Where's the food?!" If a cow came walking into my living room, I'd probably attack it and eat the whole thing! LOL0

I'm also a #3. After 9pm, especially around 11 if i'm still up, which i usually am. I try not to eat after 9pm, but sometimes i just can't help it!! most of the time i drink water to get rid of the cravings, though it doesn't always work, lol.0

1. Between breakfast and lunch.
As a general rule I eat as soon as I feel hunger so I'm rarely hungry. But I also have a rule that on work days (weekdays) if I'm not hungry before 11:00 a.m. I won't eat anything until noon (lunch time at work) so if hunger kicks in at 11:15 then I'm hungry for 45 min.
I don't usually eat dinner till about 9:00 so after dinner hungries are not a problem.0 -

since i workout early in the morning and i eat my breakfasst at around 8-9 am , usually comes 11-noon , i am starving and this is me usually eating 6 times a day.... i am still trying to figure out how to resolve that0

From 9pm-midnight, I am ravenous. I've tried going to sleep earlier, drinking water, eating air-popped popcorn, but I WAN FOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDD! I also notice that if I need to go to the bathroom sometimes I think that I am hungry. I've definitely got to get that under control.0

3 for sure! I consume more calories after dinner than i do at dinner :P0

Definitely number 3, for me it's usually between midnight and 3am. I have a lot of difficulty sleeping so I try and drink something warm to make me feel full.0
