How is everyone doing so far this week? I've been eating quite a bit but also lots of cycling and running. Obsessive peaking at the scales suggest October is going to be a good month for me!
I have a question - was anyone on MFP last winter. Is winter harder? or easier? The cold just makes me want to stay in a snuggle up by the fire and EAT EAT EAT. I'm scared!!!0 -
Well, the month is half over... I'd better kick it up a notch if I want to meet my goal weight!!! I'm excited that I just got my Garmin FR60 Heart rate monitor watch.
