    Can we say well done to reander who is our biggest loser this week and so far this month! Keep it up!!

    Well done to everyone though, we have had a good week as a group! We have lost 20.2 pounds as a group! woop woop! Lets see if we can double that this week :)

    Your challenge this week is to do 30 Jumping jacks a day - this may not seem a lot to u fitties out there, but we have some people who may struggle and I want to keep it short and sweet so it doesnt feel like a chore.

    So every friday please state:

    Goal Weight for Oct 29th: 199
    Sep 30th (starting weight): 205
    Oct 7th: 206 challenge 1/7 It has been a very long week. I decided to take a break from working out a couple of days this week my body needed the break.
    Oct 14th: 205.6 challenge not met this week.
    Oct 21st: 205.4 Now that TOM is over that number should go down.
    Oct 28th:
    Challege completed: ?days/7
