Well no where near my goal but I did hit the 50 pounds lost mark, so I am happy with that0 -

Well, this was not a good week for eating or consistent exercise. I was eating out a lot because of sales meetings and so went backwards. It was shaping up to be a good month too. I think I am a yo-yo...0 -

Sorry this weekend just disappeared on me, not sure where it went.
Sad to say but my weight went up to 207. This has been a hard month but at least I maintained within a couple of pounds. Hope next month will be better.0 -
