After being prodded, poked and pulled into some rather uncomfortable positions by a doctor yesterday my back is killing me. I'm dosed up on pain meds but nothing is working. I was hoping someone might have some helpful suggestions for stretches/low-impact exercises that might relieve the pain a bit??? Thanks in advance…
