This looks gorgeous, apart from the goats cheese which i hate, but i'm sure some mozzarella would be an okay sub. I'll add this to my ever expanding list of things to try :)

I also have cfs/me, but can't say i've noticed a link between the foods and feeling worse, i'm pretty much the same. I take a multivitamin every evening, i'm not sure if that's helped or not either. Not a very helpful reply sorry!

I've noticed a pattern in that I usually have a small gain for that weeks weigh-in, but the next week I lose a little more than normal. I still weigh-in though, just to keep myself in check.

These sound great. I really dislike the taste of raw almonds and usually have to eat them with something else, so these sound delish.

I don't have a planned free/cheat day, but if I have a day where i'm really craving something i'll eat it and not worry too much about it. I think it stops me from going crazy knowing that I can have it if I want to. If I do have a free day now I don't go all out eating whatever I want, i still show some restraint.

I'm having a boring but still delicious dinner. Baked potato with cottage cheese and a spinach salad. It's great when you're too tired to cook. Other veggie meals I love are spiced sweet potato wedges with a bean burger, chillis and quorn fillets with quinoa and steamed veggies.

For me it's not so much what I ate (mostly), as I've always eaten the right foods. It was more the times I ate and how often. A handful of rocket or spinach, a little low fat mozzarella, halved baby plum tomatoes and shredded cucumber drizzled with garlic infused olive oil and black pepper. Very yummy.
