  • one of my best friends has ms and she really doesn't ever talk about anything like that...stress has more impact on her...i should ask her though if she maybe notices anything like that..?

  • Hey I need encouragement as well. I am 26, a nurse...I work nights. I have just started up doing this myself... I usually feel so exhausted from working all night, that I never want to go to the gym or yet even cook a meal.UGH. When did you start?
