I tend to only go to places that offer calorie counts. It's up to the businesses whether to post, but they need to know they are definitely losing my business. I am grateful for the fast food chains posting nutritional information.

I really appreciated reading through these posts...there was a lot of wisdom in them. I fight this, too, and I think exercising outside is really helpful, even when it is cold. I get happy when I see little squirrels hanging around, and birds in the sky, or a beautiful sunset. Getting on the phone with my friend also helps…

Hi, I'm new to the community too...I've been using this app on and off for a while, and I've lost about 5 pounds so far. I'm 5'10 and 215 right now. My goal right now is to lose 20 more pounds so that I'm below that 200 mark! :) Also it will take my BMI down below "obese." I probably need to lose about 50 pounds to get to…
