I really need more friends to motivate me. I am on a roll, over 20 lbs lost since I've started my restrictive diet from the foods I am sensitive to.

I am about 5'2", but my hips and thighs are big, with a small waist. I have to wear a size 10 to get the pants up my thighs. Currently I'm down to 136, from 158. I am having trouble losing the weight from my thighs so my pants size has only dropped down from a 12.

do NOT take an iron supplement unless you really are deficient. Which you're not. It's just your body craving red meat during your shark week ;) Iron supplements will give you a stomach ache. Just eat a burger once a month, it's much healthier for your body AND your brain :)

Food for Life is pretty great, I'm glad I'll be moving soon and will be closer to a store that carries their products. I do like to have a piece of brown flour toast with sunflower butter as a snack.

Thank you all for your posts. I am very aware of the paleo diet as my friends do it, but I do eat rice as I am not a big meat eater. I will also check out all these websites, thanks!

I had to detox in order to kick my cravings. It was the only way, and it was 2 weeks of crying, tantrums, pain, but it was so worth it. Now I don't do wheat at all, since i found out my body is sensitive to it. I do miss it sometimes, but it's worth it!
