You don't have to work out to lose weight. I am a stay at home mom with no car during the day and no gym membership and no at home equipment and I have lost 11.5 lbs just by watching and changing my diet and staying at or below 1200 calories.

Reasonable weight loss is between 1-2 lbs a week. :)

I am so in!!! I am a 21 mom and soon to be wife. My goal is to be down 10 lbs by the end of march. I don't work out as I don't have a gym membership and no at home work out equipment and it is too cold to run right now. When it warms up I plan to go running a few times a week. :)

I hit that same spot last week! I could not get out of the funk I was in! But, I am happy to say I somehow got out and am now motivated more than ever!!!! Just remember why you were motivated in the first place and go from there. Slowly reduce the junk so you won't crave it then you won't be eating any before you know it!…

fiance isn't very supportive of me counting cals on MFP. But, I am getting married in May and i need to feel comfortable in my own skin on our special day. I weigh numerous times throughout the week and get discouraged but I only usually record it one day a week...

I caved on the day of my son's birthday party....I will continue to track weight and such on our chart and restart my 21 day junk free today.

Starting weight is when you started your lifestyle change no matter how long ago this was. It is inspiring to see how far everyone has come.
