I would not use MFP's calories that they set them at. For me, I used Scoobysworkshop.com and calorieking.com to calculate my calories I should be eating to lose weight, then averaged those two numbers then went in to MFP and entered in that set number of calories. No, I have kept it at losing 2 lbs per week which sets it at 1200. I will have to see what it gives me when I set it to 1/2 lb a week. May be more manageable and may still lose 2 lbs a week.

I changed my mind as far as my ultimate goal weight. I wanted to originally just be between 140-145 but now I want to be between 135-137. When I get there I will decided if I want to keep going lower or if I am satisfied at that weight enough to maintain.
