I have mine set to friends only. I don't feel that anyone who isn't my friend doesn't need to see it anyway. :) And if people want to see it, it means that they need to add me so I know who is looking at my food diary and so I can get to know them.

I log EVERYTHING! And I usually measure out portions but can't do this with meat and stuff like it because I do not have a food scale. :ohwell: I may get one in the future, but for now what I am doing is working for me. :bigsmile:

I am down 8lbs myself and would love to be down 10 by the end of the week. This lifestyle change and hard work will pay off once we reach our goals! WE CAN DO IT!!!!!! :wink:

Girl, I am right there with you! Although, I had my son almost 2 years ago and just now started losing weight on the 10th of this month. I gained 55+ lbs when I was pregnant and didn't lose any of it other than my 6 lb 13 oz son!!!!!!! Talk about aggravating. But this site has helped me lose 8lbs already. You can do it!…

Congrats! I'm sure it is an awesome feeling to be under 200 lbs. :) I weighed in this morning and reached my mini goal for last week and that was to be under 190. :) It feels amazing to reach the little goals we set and it is more reason to stay motivated and to continue on with our journeys. :)

I don't simply because I am not one to plan out all meals for the week in one day. :) I don't like planning at all. I am currently in the process of planning my wedding and I'm ready for it to be over already!!!!!! :)

Go to the community tab, then above the "TOPIC" line there is a settings button, click it then it will have you check this box "Show your MyFitnessPal ticker below each of your forum posts". Hope this helped you! :)

I had a bowl of multi-grain cheerios with some milk and water to drink. :) might throw in some canned fruit in a minute though.

I am a 21 year old mom, sister, and soon-to-be wife. I have a very active (almost) 2 year old son. I have only been with MFP for 8 days, but it is helping me drop pounds and I LOVE it!!!!!!! I am hoping by June first I will have a "beach body". :)
