I used to detest olives but now can't get enough of them, especially with pink peppercorns .. yum ! I love anchovies, capers and brussel sprouts. I do detest the norm foods though like bananas, celery and aubergines. They are the foods of the devil !!!

Well I dont lift weights and eat mainly fresh foods so I will probably forgo the protein shakes. (and the fact that my neighbour takes protein and his farts are freakin awful :sick: ) Thanks for all the replies, every day is certainly a school day :smile:

So I could use it as a meal replacement if on the go ? Sometimes I don't feel hungry enough to make a meal but feel as though I have to to keep the calories up. So could just have a protein shake for lunch instead :o)

porridge , porridge and porridge .... that's about all I manage. Quick 2 minute nuke in the micro and it's good to go. Liking the ideas though. May have to try some of them, thank you
