  • I actually spoke with a personal trainer today about my BMI She said its to be taken with a grain of salt its a generalization for everyone...but everyone is different so you can't worry about it too much. some people have muscle which makes them heavier and so according to bmi they are obese..
  • I use to do it and I LOVED it! but I must say if you do it barefoot you should wear shoes. I practiced for about 3 years and had to quit, from the bare feet and lack of support I now have P.F.S and Tendinitis in both of my knees which is extremely painful
  • give yourself time to heal if your feeling well try but don't push your injury too hard. I sprained my ankle 2 years ago and pushed myself too hard and now i still ave pain because I didn't allow it to heal properly.
  • Wii fit is fun but in my opinion its more of fun and games than anything its too easy to cheat either on purpose or by mistake and there's no one to correct you or no real form to watch and learn off of....
