If it's just muscle soreness from working out, work through it. it it's your back from your herniated disc... don't.

swimming is good. boxing you maybe have trouble, there is a lot of twisting and pivoting and lateral movement if your boxing properly. You could probably get away with a cardio kickboxing or cardio boxing workout. you should be doing squats and lunges and such to strengthen the muscles around the knee to help keep it…

same here! my hubby can drop weight like it's going out of style. and it's not like he's got a tonne to lose, he's 6'0 and about 166. he'll get up to around 170, the decide to drop to 160, and it takes him... a week. it takes me months to do that!

It's all in finding the right size! super cute dress! and it fits great! but lose the belt, or find a white or one the same blue. the colour doesn't match your skin tonne amazingly, but i find bright colours don't match anyone quite right.

just my 2 cents: eating out isn't all bad, i eat out almost every day. sure, it's mostly salads and wraps, but it's still eating out. cooking at home isn't going to solve this if you don't cook right at home either :) eat less bread(and other carbs), more lean protien and keep an eye on your fat intake.

i aim for between 1200 and 1500. sometimes i eat back my calories, sometimes i don't. i'm not in a rush to lose the rest of my weight, so i'm taking my time.

hummus! i eat a cucumber or pepper and hummus for lunch sometimes. 1 or 2 tbsp isn't going to cut it for a meal!

very interesting! i think i'll start taking some vitamin D. I burn so easily i avoid the sun as much as possible, so getting enough naturally is hard, especially in the winter.

me to, i haven't done the shred for a week :( i was feeling really worn out at the end of last week, to much shred and to much jiu jitsu, and i had a competition on the weekend so i needed to be well rested and not broken down. and i haven't gotten back into it since :(

my happy weight is 5lbs heavier then my goal. that's pretty close and i'll be honest, my body probably will be happer at 150 then 145.

i'm pretty sure my gym has a policy against it and i would never workout in just a sports bra. a light baggy t-shirt, or moisture whicking top would keep you just as cool, if not cooler, without drawing attention to yourself and or distracting the other people at the gym ;)

i've made the mint chip, and chocolate peanut butter, sooooooo good!! you can get a super cheap (like 28 bucks) icecream maker at walmart. I find i have to hold the lid down on mine, which is a bit of a pita, but hey, for 28 bucks, i'll deal with it.
