I survived day 1!
With only a bit of a headache around 2pm. Breakfast was 2 eggs scrambled with some spinach and olive oil Snack: walnuts lunch: rib eye steak and mixed vegetables snack: clementine and raspberries dinner: fatoush salad (no pita chips or tomatoes) and chicken all in all a pretty delish day!
