It's my primary care physician. Over all i am very happy with him, but i just do not agree with his statement on cottage cheese and like some one mentioned before, hes a PCP not a Nutritionist so im just wanting to see what everyone elses opinion was on cottage cheese and its benefits or downfalls.

oh goodness thats great to hear!!! i was reading articles online that said sometimes it doesnt and you had to have it surgically removed which icould never do so im praying that it comes off as i lose weight because i absolutely hate it!! Ive only been on my diet/exercise plan this month but so far ive gone from 246 to 239…

When i log in that i have done 30 min elliptical it says like 500+cal on MFP. But my exercise machine says its only 230some... My husband is 6'4, 252 lbs and he does 50 min on the elliptical each night and he averages around 700 cals burned with a resistance level of 5.

WOW way to go!!! you are such an inspiration. I am on day four starting weight 246, i hope to get down to atleast 185 for starters, but if i can do that , i want to keep going to around 150!!! YOU LOOK FABULOUS GIRL!~ BE PROUD!
