Yes i have ideas!! Eat whatever you want, but in moderation :) examples: we have hamburgers 85/15, i eat them on one slice of wheat bread and a tomato slice on top--pretty healthy and delicious. bbq chicken and green beans is a good one Baked Pork chop (small) and peas etc :)

Im 5'5.5 and my goal weight at the moment is 160lbs. I started at 246.6lbs January 9, 2012. Today i am 212.0 so im getting closer but still a long ways off. Once i reach my goal, i will re-evaluate and go from there.

i cant go to any actual classes i live way out in the country and have 2 kids and drive an hour both directions, so home workouts is all i have time for and i dont know of any actual Zumba classes nearby unless they have on at the gym an hour away however, i bet they are lots of fun to go too and so much evergy!!

If i sneeze suddenly or have a bad cough, this happens to me. It started when i had my first child who was a preemie and weighed 5lbs 4 oz and then got worse after having my second child weighing 8lbs 6 oz. I do kegels and it doesnt happen all the time, but its still sucks when it does.

yes i do!! i do all kinds of short small exercises in between patients here at work and do not log them, but consider them bonuses. I also run in place while i microwave my food for lunch lol, i sound like such a dork, but it helps me move :)

After doing day 1 of JM's 30DS it hurt like h*** to go up and down stairs and was so difficult to even sit on the potty. My legs were super sore. I figure it's just because im not use to using those muscles.
