Lane Bryant was my answer. The ladies fit me there and worked wonderfully.

I would just concentrate on the size that makes YOU feel good and comfortable, screw everyone else's opinion as no matter what, there are always critics out there. Too big for a bikini would be if you arent comfortable with your body image. It's very much a personal choice. I feel i am way to big for a bikini but i totally…

I would like to lose 8-10 lbs in March to April...thats my goal. I have been doing this since January 9th of this year so almost 2 mos and have lost 25lbs! I just hope it continues :) Good luck to us all!

Its not nearly as accurate as a chest strap because you have to continuously stop and manually check it. i bought a 50.00 one with the watch and chest strap at walmart and have had it over a month and it works great! i absolutley love it! Good luck with whatever you decide

I totally agree, i am so happy for you! What a great moment and accomplishment. You are a great role model for your son. I have an almost 4 yr old son and 8 mo old daughter and i hope to do the same for them. 24lbs down since Jan 9, 2012, but lots more to go. Enjoy your son, wife, and have a fantastic and healthy life!

I hate "fishy taste" too but i make tilapia all the time and love it. I bake it in the oven with olive oil and add Mrs. Dash House Blend to it for a great taste. It is delicious! Try it! I couldnt stomach it without the Mrs. Dash. AND goes perfect with broccoli!

wow---you look great!

I only eat them back if i feel hungry after a workout; if i do not feel hungry, i do not eat.

I have this same question, i began dieting/exercising on Jan 9, 2012 and have lost 17lbs. I do not eat my calories back as a rule, because like you said, it seems counter productive. However, if i feel hungry after a work out, i will eat something to satisfy my stomach. I never allow myself to feel hungry. I think we all…

Certainly you CAN find something to eat there...you can eat any of it. Portions and moderation are key! I eat whatever is being served, i just eat tiny amounts of it.
-
I make one meal for myself and my family, i just eat smaller, appropriate portions.....we all need to eat healthy, but never everyone in the family is on a diet so i just monitor calories and portion sizes

i went up 3-4 lbs for 3 days and then it came back off about 1lb per day and by then end, i was 3 lbs lighter than when i started :)

I guzzle an entire bottle of water after a work out, anything else would make me sick on my stomach. I work out really hard then collapse on the couch for a few minutes and then guzzle water, about 5-10 minutes later i feel totally awesome and so alive/awake and full of energy that i usually go do my daily tasks right…

Wow way to go! You look fabulous!

Yes, drink tons and tons of water!!! Sure helped me last week.

Also, if i am hungry after a work out, i will just go ahead and eat, if im not hungry, i dont worry about eating them back which is usually the case. I never allow myself to ever "feel hungry".
-
From what i have been told from doctors is "the more overweight/obese you are, you do not need to eat them back"....however, the closer you are to being in shape and have less fat stores, you will need to eat them back...... Also saw something similar to this on some show about 600lb people losing weight last night and i…

im not sure what you are really suppose to log it as, but i entered it manually into my exercise log and put the amount of calories burned per my heart rate monitor which was like 270ish i believe..

i do because it's really the only place near my work to grab lunch if i forget to pack. I love and always get their cesar salad with grilled chicken. With the croutons and dressing added to it, it only adds up to a little over 400 calories, so pretty healthy i say and oooh sooooooo good! I drink water with it. Water is the…

I did it last night for the first time and JM kicked my butt, my thigh muscles are so sore today and they were shaking after the first 5 minutes of the workout lol.... and am i the only one who cannot do a push up???? lol because i cannot, even the "modified push up" i do isnt even how its suppose to be

and the crappy "manual" it came with does not explain

Im in the same boat, i have to force myself to eat breakfast, i usually dont get hungry otherwise until lunch time....but ive just been eating something small because you always here "breakfast is the most important meal of the day".....but lunch and dinner are really the only times i use to eat. I just eat either a…

Have you had your thyroid level tested?

I have MFP set to lose 2lbs per week, it is an option on here just edit your settings. 2lbs is the maximum MFP allows unless you manually change your individual cal/etc goals.
